I really loved the analogy she put into this about overhauling and renovation. I have especially noticed mars retro because it seems like i can rarely get done what i am trying to do, it’s very stagnant and takes me like 4 hours to do something sometimes lol. but i realize this is a big shift in the making!
and with 5 retrogrades happening at once, our comfort zone is ultimately going to be thrown off a lot. I especially resonated with this part: Pluto retrograde will ask us: Do you see what has been activated here? Have you realized what you have to let go of? Have you accepted what is happening? Are you letting in the new energy that wants to emerge from within you? That’s perfect.
Okay the energy lately for me has been a bit all over the place…a big contributor of that is ive been dealing with the terrible two temper tantrums..oh man as an empath spirituality takes on a new level when it comes to keeping calm while someone is screaming at you nonstop. It is so mentally empathetically exhausting and it’s been the center of my attention this entire week. Is it a coincidence this was my emotional upheaval around the eclipse window? I doubt it. So in the process of this new situation i’ve been doing a lot of thinking about conditioning.
How we grow up through our parent’s energetic conditioning they projected into us from their own parent’s energetic conditioning they build from their parents and so forth. the endless cycle of conditioning.
A lot of Awakening is about de-conditioning and breaking those barriers of the old conditioning. So it stands to reason that this idea is created around how we teach new conditioning amid the chaos of the old conditioning.
A friend Vito mentions to me this topic called “self-parenting” how we can’t physically control things but we CAN learn to guide them, direct them and most importantly teach new conditions around our reality.
I feel this is a big lesson on inner stillness and embracing the calm within the storm through connection by liberation.
We all have negative emotions, it happens. But what can we learn from them? Where is the opportunity to grow? This is your lesson.
This energetically connects because I think it makes a great point of how we see ourselves everyday. You have a choice between living between the past conditioning you were brought up with{those deep cut past wounds} or the New conditioning you are creating in the present today.
Maybe this is what the energy right now is trying to tell us, To remove the past identity we need to begin creating the new in it’s place.
How do you learn something new? you have to build it and create it. This is really the center of Manifestation, learning to transform the old conditioning into the New.
My point being Embrace moving out of your comfort zone.
If you’re experiencing Negative Emotions rather than cycling that resistance, Ask yourself these Questions:
What can you learn from these new experiences?
Maybe the universe is trying to show you something through a new perspective you wouldn’t normally see.
What is holding you back from peace? from well-being? What lesson is deeply buried here?
Why are you choosing not to follow your dreams? What is that clinging setback, what is your “I can’t” emotion you need to change to begin making things easier?
What negative loop are you getting stuck in from your past? Find that root thought you are stuck in
What you are resisting today, Might be the spiritual truth you need to see tomorrow.

hi. so, first, i want to say… there are two songs on our new DIIV album, “is the is are” with a person’s name attached to them… which doesn’t rly mean there are two songs ABOUT these two people, as much as they may partially be, it just means that in my head, there’s something about that person that I just can’t disconnect from the song. grant is one person. roi (pronounced row-EE) is the other. you likely don’t know them. or maybe you do? needless to say, i love them both with all my heart. roi’s song, aka “bent”, used to make me feel sad, lonely, and terrified… but circumstances have changed, and now the song makes me smile… laugh even. the primary struggle of this song now exists (hopefully forever) in the past. roi’s song isn’t really ABOUT roi, just as grant’s song isn’t about grant. roi’s song is about a lot of people, including myself, and our struggles along the path to clarity, sanity, and sobriety. roi’s song is also the second public taste of our new album… dopamine was the first. dopamine was an extension/exploration of the sounds we explored on “Oshin”, reimagined. roi’s song extends the sounds further… it removes the vocal reverb that has graced all our previous output, it places lyrical content at the forefront, and it starts to hint at the more diverse sonic palette that defines “is the is are”… it is a diverse record, it is a happy record, a sad record, a happysad, sadhappy, mad, glad, quiet, mad, dark, glad, poppy, fast, slow, heavy, fast, peaceful, angry, chaotic, beautiful, lost/found, ugly, dry, wet, fuck, fast, dead, heartbroken, in love, loud, quiet, loud, loudquiet, quietloud, happy, mad, quiet, fuck, and loud record. please like it. please love it. do you love me? If you’ve been following me for quite some time you know how I feel about the Equinox. Equinoxes have a very special energy this is because they mark a time of balance where day and night are equal. This Autumnal Equinox is particularly special as it occurs within the same week of the super blood moon which is the last of a tetrad series of eclipses since 2012. So the energy has been intense and is building more and more the closer we get to this week. The autumn equinox is one of the most powerful energy apexes of the entire year. It sets everything in motion and starts the point of transcendence of the shadow. This particular equinox is very intriguing because of all the astrological happenings in the sky.
